EHS software partner program

Joint Ventures & Partnerships for AI EHS Software

We are actively looking for joint-venture partners.

OSHAMap is AI EHS software for safety compliance, emergency and evacuation planning, and hazard awareness. If your clients need safer, compliant workplaces, let’s build something together: a joint venture, a reseller or referral partnership, an integration or a teaming arrangement.

Or email support@oshamap.com. A person reads every inquiry.

After: evacuation map draft of a fictional office with green escape routes, exit signs, safety equipment, a You are here marker, an assembly point and a legend
Before: the plain floor plan of the same office, with no routes or safety symbols
A plain floor plan and the evacuation map draft OSHAMap made from it. Fictional sample office. A qualified person reviews every draft before it is posted.

What each side brings to the partnership

What OSHAMap brings

  • AI that turns a floor plan, PDF or photo of a sketch into an evacuation map draft with exits, routes and safety equipment.
  • An editor to correct each draft and mark hazard zones, plus print-ready downloads.
  • English and Spanish map drafts, a 3D view and a multi-location workspace.
  • Free tools your clients can use today: the OSHA fine calculator, penalty lookup, compliance quiz, evacuation map advisor and the fire code by state table.
  • Safety document templates: emergency action plans, job hazard analyses, safety policies and toolbox talks.
  • A small team you can reach by phone or email.

What partners bring

  • Client relationships and first-hand knowledge of the buildings and industries you serve.
  • The qualified review that turns a draft into a map that is ready to post.
  • Field work we cannot do from a screen: walk-throughs, installation, printing, signage and training.
  • EHS services we do not build, such as incident reporting, audits and environmental permits.

The route

How a partnership works, from first call to launch

Marked like an evacuation map: you start at the yellow “You are here” dot and finish at the assembly point. Nothing launches until the terms are in writing.

  1. You are here

    Step 1: Intro call

A short call about your clients, your services and what you want to build. No obligation.

  2. Step 2: Pilot

Try OSHAMap on a few real sites with clear goals, so both sides see results before committing.

  3. Step 3: Agreement

Roles, pricing, referral or resale terms, support and data handling, written down and signed.

  4. Step 4: Launch

Shared materials, partner links where they apply and a clear path for client questions.

  5. Step 5: Ongoing review

Regular check-ins on what is working. We adjust the plan together, or wind it down cleanly.

The product today

What our safety compliance software does today

OSHAMap is fire safety and evacuation planning software first: it turns the drawings your clients already have into evacuation map drafts. Hazard management starts with knowing where hazards are, so the editor lets you mark hazard zones right on the map. Everything below works now.

  1. A hand-drawn office sketch with rooms and two exits

    1. A floor plan or sketch A PDF, an image or a photo of a drawing.

  2. The same office as an evacuation map draft with routes to both exits

    2. An evacuation map draft Routes, exits and equipment, ready to review and edit.

  3. Preview of the 3D view: a tilted floor with walls and a route arrow

    3. The same map in 3D Open the 3D demo and follow a route.

Our reason

Why we partner

OSHAMap is built by a small team at GetAgenticApps LLC. We are good at software: turning a floor plan into a clear evacuation map draft in minutes, and keeping maps organized across sites.

We are not inside your clients’ buildings. The people who walk the floors, train the crews, service the extinguishers and sign off on safety plans are. Partnering is how good software reaches the workplaces that need it, with a qualified person checking every map before it goes on the wall.

Why employers act

OSHA’s posted maximum penalties are $16,550 per serious violation and $165,514 per willful or repeated violation.

Questions

Joint venture and partnership questions

What kinds of joint ventures does OSHAMap consider?

Partnerships where both sides bring something real: a bundled service with a safety consultancy, a program built with a fire-protection or sign company, an integration with EHS or maintenance software, or a teaming arrangement on public-sector work. If you have clients who need safer, compliant workplaces, we want to talk.

Who makes a good OSHAMap partner?

EHS consultants, safety trainers, fire-protection and life-safety contractors, sign and print shops, facility and property managers, architects and CAD drafters, insurance and risk advisors, EHS and CMMS software vendors, government contractors and multi-site operators. Firms outside that list are welcome to reach out too.

How do referral partners get credit?

Referral partners get their own tracked referral links and a partner login that shows clicks and conversions. Referral terms are agreed in writing before you send anyone our way.

Can we offer OSHAMap under our own brand or connect it to our software?

White-label and co-branding, API access and revenue sharing are topics we work through together for each partnership. Tell us what you have in mind in the form and we will scope it with you.

Are OSHAMap maps certified or approved?

No. OSHAMap produces AI-assisted drafts. A qualified person checks each draft against the building and the local fire code before it is posted, and partners are often the people who do that review.

What does it cost to become a partner?

Starting a conversation costs nothing. Pricing, revenue sharing and referral terms depend on the partnership and are agreed in writing before anything launches. Reseller plan pricing is on our pricing page.

How quickly will you respond?

We typically respond within 4 hours during business days. Weekend inquiries are answered by Monday morning. If it is urgent, call (775) 317-4488.

Do you work with partners outside the United States?

Our product and guides focus on U.S. workplaces, OSHA and state fire codes. Partners elsewhere are welcome to reach out, and we will tell you plainly whether it is a fit.
