Who we are
OSHAMap is owned and operated by GetAgenticApps LLC, a Delaware limited liability company doing business as OSHAMap, with its registered address at 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, United States. This policy is part of our Terms of Service.
30-day money-back guarantee
All paid OSHAMap plans come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, email us at support@oshamap.com within 30 days of your first payment for a plan and we will refund that payment in full to your original payment method.
- The guarantee applies to your first payment on a plan (your initial purchase), not to renewal payments.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Cancelling your subscription
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account, or by emailing support@oshamap.com.
- Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access to paid features until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
- Unless covered by the 30-day guarantee above or required by law, fees already paid for the current billing period are not refunded when you cancel mid-period.
Free plan
The free plan involves no payment, so no refunds apply. You can stop using it or delete your account at any time.
Billing questions and disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect or don't recognize a charge from us, please email support@oshamap.com before disputing the charge with your bank or card issuer — most billing issues are resolved within days. We acknowledge billing emails within 2 business days and resolve most requests within 5 business days.
